This course is a distance education course that is being taught over the Internet. The instructors and students will truly be separated by distance. After the first few meetings Professor Jack Lonergan will be conducting the class from Rob Williams, Tony and Barry Tomalin will be conducting the class from Athens. There will be a Graduate Assistant (Steve Marti) available in the area for face-to-face meetings, should any student need his assistance. Kelvin can be available in the area if needed. METHOD OF EVALUATION:
This is a graduate seminar. You are expected to perform in a professional manner. Grading is as follows: discussions 33%, focus papers 33%, and final project 34%. Grades will be assigned as follows: A is for excellent work. B is for good work. C is for poor work. Students who participate fully in discussions, write well thought out essays, and submit all assignments on time can expect to receive a grade of A. Any materials submitted late will result in the reduction of one grade.
